Adapt Mobility Intelligence LLC was founded by Matthew Meredith, a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience across skilled nursing, home health, outpatient rehabilitation, and other healthcare settings.
After repeatedly seeing older adults experience falls when not using their prescribed mobility devices, he created Adapt Mobility Intelligence to help address this overlooked gap in fall prevention.
